Who is responsible
Aclick Marketing Agency is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything on this page, write to marketing@aclick.agency.
What we collect, and only when you send it
There is one form on this site. When you use it we receive your first and last name, email address, the website or app link you want reviewed, your monthly ad spend range, which audits you selected, and – if you chose to give them – your phone number, how you found us, and whatever you wrote in the message field.
We do not buy contact data, we do not enrich what you send with third-party databases, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you started. You can withdraw consent at any time and we will delete the record.
How long we keep it
Twenty-four months after our last contact, then deleted. If you become a client, the commercial records are kept for as long as Polish accounting law requires. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we do it within thirty days.
Who else sees it
Three companies, each acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement and none of them for their own purposes: the host that serves this site and runs the form endpoint, the service that delivers the resulting email, and our mailbox provider. If you have agreed to analytics, Google also processes the measurement data described below – but never the contents of your enquiry.
One more, and only on the form itself: Cloudflare, whose Turnstile check sits between the form and us and decides whether a submission came from a person. It receives your IP address and some signals about the browser session, sets no cookie, and does not use any of it to build a profile or to track you across other sites. It is there because automated submissions were arriving faster than real ones.
Nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass enquiries to other agencies.
What this site measures
Two things, and one of them asks you first.
Vercel Web Analytics runs for everybody. It records pages viewed, referring source, country and device type in aggregate. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you, which is why it needs no permission.
Google Analytics 4 runs only if you agree. Until you do, it is held in a denied state: no cookies are set, no advertising identifiers are sent, and a page you open is counted once with nothing attached that could identify you later. If you agree, it sets cookies in order to recognise a returning visit and to see which pages led to an enquiry. If you decline, that is remembered and you are not asked again on this browser.

When you send the form, we tell Google Analytics that an enquiry happened and which of the three request types it was. Your name, your email address, your website and anything you wrote go into our inbox and never reach Google.
We run no advertising pixels on this site – no Meta, no LinkedIn, no TikTok – so nothing you do here is used to retarget you anywhere else. Your colour theme choice is stored in your own browser and never reaches us.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, or object to that use. Email marketing@aclick.agency and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your own country.
Client account data
Separately from this form: when we run advertising accounts for a client, we access data inside their platforms under a contract and a mutual NDA. That data stays in their systems, in their ownership. We publish nothing from it – not anonymised, not aggregated – unless the contract specifically permits it.
