The cheap end of that table is not the same product. Sub-$500 monthly management is almost always templated: a shared account manager, a standard campaign skeleton, and a report generated by a tool. That works for a local business spending $2,000 a month. It does not work for a subscription app where the answer depends on what happens between trial start and day 35.

The question worth asking any of them, including us: who works on the account, and how many other accounts do they have? Twenty accounts per manager is a different product from six, at the same price.

Before you pay anything

The audit is free, and it is the whole thing

Not a teaser. You get the actual findings – what is wrong, what we would change, and the order we would do it in.

Most people who ask for the audit take the document and act on it themselves. That is the intended outcome, not a loss. It is also the only way to show what we are like to work with when every client account we run is under NDA and we cannot show you someone else's numbers.

It takes about five working days, and you do not have to sit through a call to get it.

Questions people actually ask

Why "from" and not a fixed price?
Because the work is not the same size for everyone. One Google Ads account in one country is a different job from four platforms across five markets with a broken attribution setup underneath. The starting figure is real: nobody pays less than $2,500 a month.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
No. Most agencies in this market set one – the closest comparable requires $10,000 to $30,000 a month before they will talk. We would rather look at the account and tell you honestly whether paid acquisition is the right use of your money right now, which sometimes means telling you to wait.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Rolling monthly, cancel with 30 days notice. What we will say plainly is that the first month is setup and cleanup, the second is when changes start showing, and the third is when the numbers mean something. Leaving after four weeks means paying for the least useful part.
What happens above $25,000 of monthly spend?
The retainer converts to 10–15% of ad spend, whichever is higher than the flat fee. At that size the account needs proportionally more attention, and a flat fee would either underprice the work or overprice your first month.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
Only above the threshold. We do not mark up media, we do not take rebates from platforms, and your ad budget goes directly to Google, Meta or Apple on your own payment method.
What is not included?
Creative production, landing page development, and the ad spend itself. We write the briefs and specify what a page needs; building it is quoted separately or handled by your team.

Have the audit first.

Pick the platforms, send the link, and we will tell you what we would do. If the answer is that you do not need an agency yet, we will say that too.
