Free audit
A written document, done by a person rather than a tool, in about five working days. No charge, no call required to receive it, and no obligation afterwards.
Account structure, search terms, bidding, Performance Max asset groups, budget allocation.
Campaign structure, creative testing, audience overlap, Conversions API quality.
Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, SKAdNetwork schema, AppsFlyer or Singular setup.
GA4, GTM, server-side events, Enhanced Conversions, data quality end to end.
A document, usually eight to fifteen pages, written in order of what would move the number most. Not a PDF of screenshots with red circles on them.
| Section | What is in it |
|---|---|
| What is broken | Conversion actions firing wrong, tracking gaps, budget going to things that do not convert – with evidence from your own account |
| What we would change | Structure, bidding, targeting, creative, in the order we would do them |
| What we would leave alone | The parts already working, so nobody breaks them looking busy |
| What we cannot tell from outside | Where the answer depends on your margins, your churn, or your sales process – stated as questions rather than guessed at |
What the account is optimising towards. Every automated bid strategy is a learning system pointed at a target somebody chose, and in most accounts we inherit at least one conversion action fires wrong – duplicated, triggering on page load, or counting a step nobody values.
When that happens the campaign faithfully finds more of the wrong thing, the dashboard looks healthy, and the revenue does not follow. It is the most common finding in these audits and usually the most expensive.
Every client account we run is under a confidentiality agreement signed without a publication clause. We cannot show you someone else's performance data, and we are not going to invent any.
So the audit is the only honest demonstration available to us: the actual work, on your actual account, before any money changes hands. Most people take the document and act on it themselves. That is the intended outcome, not a loss.
